NOTE: We sincerely want everyone who registers to attend our Rally. However, we know that unforeseen circumstances can make cancelling necessary. If you must cancel, please contact the State Director and let him/her know of your desire to cancel prior to the start of the Event. In most circumstances, you will receive a refund following the Rally. The fee for cancellation prior to April 11th is $15, April 11th to May 11th is $20, and May 11th forward is $30. There will be NO REFUND for NO SHOWS.
